Katherine Eshleman

Katherine Eshleman is a licensed REALTOR® in Louisiana and specializes in residential real estate sales. She began her career in real estate in 2014 when she joined The McEnery Company’s commercial appraisal division as a research analyst and appraiser. Shortly thereafter, she obtained her sales license and quickly found her niche in the residential market. Katherine has unique and extensive success in scaled condominium development deals and first time home-buyer transactions.

Katherine was born and raised in New Orleans. In 2013, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a focus in Marketing. Upon graduating, Katherine moved to Austin, Texas to pursue a career in sales and marketing. After spending time in Austin, Katherine felt the yearning to return home and pursue a career in real estate. She resides in the heart of uptown New Orleans and can often be found walking the neighborhood with her golden retriever, Camp.
